Use of the Site and Services

2.1. To access some features of the Site and Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

2.2. You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.3. You must not use the Site and Services in ways that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or Services.

Intellectual Property

3.1. All materials posted on the Site, including text, images, logos, audio, and video content, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Purchasing NFT and TLREF Tokens

4.1. By purchasing NFT on the Site, you acquire the right to a planting spot in the Company’s greenhouses for growing medical cannabis.

4.2. TLREF tokens are awarded as part of the Site’s referral program. 1 TLREF is equivalent to 1 Swiss Franc (CHF).

4.3. You may exchange earned TLREF tokens for the stablecoin USDC at a rate set by the Company, or use them to purchase NFT on the Site.

4.4. Payment acceptance and cryptocurrency exchange services, including for TLREF and USDC, are provided by Coinverse according to its rules and conditions.

Profit Distribution

5.1. Profit generated from the sale of grown medical cannabis will be distributed among all NFT owners proportionally to the number of NFTs they hold.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to change the profit distribution rules at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company and Coinverse make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and Services.

6.2. The Company and Coinverse are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or Services.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Company is registered.

7.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms are to be resolved in the courts of the Company’s place of registration.
