Dekriminalizace: definice a hlavn\u00ed charakteristiky<\/p>\n<p>1. Legalizace: definice a hlavn\u00ed charakteristiky<\/p>\n<p>1. Legalizace konop\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>Legalizace p\u0159edstavuje radik\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup, kter\u00fd zcela ru\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1kaz konop\u00ed a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed regulovan\u00fd leg\u00e1ln\u00ed trh.<\/p>\n<p>A.
